What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Oasis Express Logistics LLC ("Oasis Express", "we", "us") collects when you use oasis-moving.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. We have written it in plain English rather than boilerplate, and it describes what this website actually does.
Oasis Express Logistics LLC is a moving company based in Miami, Florida, serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and the rest of the state. We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
We only ask for what we need to quote and carry out a move. Depending on which form you use:
Your name, phone number, email address (optional), and whatever you write in the message box.
Your name, phone number, email address, preferred move date, and the details of the move itself: crew size, number of trucks, estimated hours, heavy or specialty items, and whether a veteran or senior discount applies.
Origin and destination city and ZIP code, move date, home size, approximate number of boxes, large items, and your first name, last name, phone number and email address.
Your name, email and phone number, plus the name and contact detail of the person you are referring. Please only submit someone else's contact information if they have agreed to hear from us. If you are referred to us and would rather we did not contact you, call or email and we will delete the referral immediately.
When you reserve a move online, payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. Your card number never reaches this website and we never see or store it. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with the amount and the name, email and phone you provided. Stripe processes the payment under Stripe's privacy policy.
If you arrive from an advertisement or a marketing link, the address may carry tracking
parameters — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign,
utm_term, utm_content, gclid (Google Ads) or
fbclid (Meta). We attach these to your enquiry so we know which advertising actually
brings customers. They tell us where you came from, not who you are.
Like every website, our hosting provider records standard technical information: IP address, browser type and version, the pages requested, and the date and time. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
We may use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel to understand which pages people read and which buttons they use, in aggregate. Where these are enabled, those providers set their own cookies and receive data under their own policies — Google and Meta. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.
This website sets no advertising cookies of its own. It stores three small items in your browser's local storage, purely so the site behaves sensibly:
oasis_lang — remembers whether you chose English or Spanish.oasis_pending_booking — holds your estimate while you are redirected to the payment page, so nothing is lost if you come back.oasis_booked — records that a booking was completed, so you are not shown the same prompts again.None of these identify you and none are shared with anyone. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings. Any additional cookies come from the analytics or payment providers named above; you can block them in your browser or with a browser extension without breaking the site.
When you give us your phone number through a form on this site, you are asking us to contact you about your move, and you agree that we may call or text you at that number — including with an autodialer where we use one — for that purpose. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of hiring us. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or simply telling your crew or the office. We will still contact you about a move you have actually booked.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with:
Enquiries that never become a move are kept for a limited period so we can follow up, then deleted. Records of completed moves — contracts, inventories, payment records and claims — are kept for as long as tax, insurance and household goods regulations require. You may ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
The site is served over HTTPS, payments run through Stripe rather than through us, and access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security — but we do not hold card numbers, which removes the most sensitive category of data entirely.
You can, at any time:
Call (786) 939-3005 or email oasismoving82@gmail.com and say what you want done. We will not charge you for it and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Florida residents. Florida law gives consumers rights over personal data held by certain larger businesses, and protects you against unfair or deceptive trade practices. We honour the access, correction and deletion requests above regardless of whether those thresholds apply to us.
California residents. If you live in California, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
This website is meant for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Browsers send these signals inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for responding to them. Because we do not sell personal information or run cross-site advertising profiles, there is nothing for such a signal to switch off on our side.
Our pages link to third parties — Stripe, Google, and building or moving resources. Once you follow a link you are on their site, under their policy, and this one no longer applies.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be brought to your attention before they affect you.
